An Organizational Coaching Partnership gives leaders regular access to Ben & Jamesa. Coaching can be used across the organization as needs emerge.

Individual coaching helps CEOs, executive directors, and other leaders work through the situations they are actually facing, including supervision, feedback, difficult conversations, conflict, change, accountability, and leadership blind spots.

Standard virtual engagement
Help for a team facing a specific challenge.
We work with teams experiencing conflict, unclear roles, inconsistent communication, difficulty making decisions, or a loss of trust.
The standard engagement includes:

A Starting Point, Not a Fixed Formula
Each service shows a standard structure and price so you know what to expect.
We can add, remove, or adjust parts based on your organization’s needs, team size, budget, and virtual versus in person delivery.
Prefer to meet in person?
In-person workshops and retreats are available. The program fee remains the same, with facilitator travel time and necessary travel expenses—including transportation and lodging—added based on location. We will provide the complete price before the engagement is confirmed.
